Way too small , it's almost a choker. I want to return it but having trouble completing the process, I'm getting blocked!

We're sorry to hear the necklace was too short for you. Our standard length is 17', which fits some but may be too short for others. We did email you regarding the return request but have not heard back from you, but will set up the return now.
